-I ordered Dream Aquarium but haven't yet received my serial number We would definitely recommend first checking your Junk Mail to see if it may have ended up there.
If you still don't have it you can simply use the email you used to purchase in order to retrieve it.

If you wish to change any of your profile information for your purchased copy of Dream Aquarium visit our
Change Profile page.
-I want to retrieve my serial number but don't have access to my original email account anymore, or your retrieval system doesn't recognize me.
If you no longer have access to your old email account your should contact us, and include your full name, old email address(es) and the city you would have listed when purchasing.
