If you've purchased a creature pack then it is already "attached to" (associated with) your serial number. You don't need any additional "stuff" (downloads or activation codes etc...) to get them in your tank. All you need to do is update your Dream Aquarium. Your new fish will automatically be downloaded and installed as it updates.

ON WINDOWS: Click on your Window START button and choose "All Programs" -> "Dream Aquarium" -> "Check for Updates"

ON MAC: Open your Sytem Preferences and choose "Desktop & Screen Saver". With Dream Aquarium selected, press the Settings (or Options) button and then "Check for Updates"

When the update is complete, run your aquarium. Note: you won't see the new fish swimming around your tank automatically - you have to plop them in the tank manually. Do this by holding down the TAB key. Your new fish should appear at the right hand side of the fish selector. If you have any problems, please Contact Us
